Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on the 28th of October 1967 at Atlanta. Roberts is fourth in the Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta starting with her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. In the early years of his life his father became obsessed by the theatre. He acted on at the Emory University campus in 1952 and in other productions that were staged around Atlanta. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force. While stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he acted in a play with Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in the year 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter attended Tulane University at New Orleans, Louisiana in 1957 after the couple left the Air Force of the United States. The family relocated in 1960 into Decatur Georgia where Walter began working with Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter as well as Betty Lou produced a Saturday matinee local TV show that was aimed at children, named Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. This was a project they self-financed. They also founded a six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later that same year. They were blessed with two additional children Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
