Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967, in Atlanta. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation living in Atlanta, beginning with her great-grandfather who was a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. In the early years of his life his father became obsessed with theatre. As a student of Emory University, he performed in a variety of productions in Atlanta. He joined the air force in 1953 and, while being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi, he was a part of an army production that featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was also in the Air force. The couple got married in 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. In 1957, the couple quit the military and Walter enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter was hired as a technician by Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to assist on the stage of Bum Bum and His Buddies. The show was filmed in Decatur Georgia. Walter as well as Betty Lou financed their own production of a children's Sunday matinee show called Bum Bum and His Buddies. The Actors and Writers Workshop was founded in 1964 and ran for 6 years. They had two more children. Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also called Lisa), and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also know by the same name Julie).
