Harry

Harry Edward Styles, known to the world of music as Harry Styles, is a British singer and composer known as one of the singers in the band One Direction. His parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. The couple were born on the 1st of February, 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where along with three fellow students, he founded his musical group, White Eskimo. The group was part of the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they were winners. He was always interested for music. He always wanted to become the next lawyer or physical therapy. He worked for a time at a small-scale bakery in the city he lived in and hoped to assist economically at home. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he was a part of the performance Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. That's the reason his band was split. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he become part of a new band, One Direction. The other members were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that began in 2010. The group performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart throughout the competition. It allowed them to be one of the leading contenders. They were however in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell failed to take home the race. However, Cowell granted Harry Styles a 2 million pound contract to sign up with Syco.
